This is the third order and everyone has been a problem. The first one you didn't include my second hat, so I ordered again.. This time I didn't receive a confirmation email. I gave out the correct email. I asked about the status of that order and was told there wasn't one. So, I ordered again. sure enough I was charge twice and received two orders. That is ridiculous. ReaLLY.

These hats are WARM! I have found that many hats that are this cute in pictures are poorly made but that is NOT the case with Eskimo Kids! These hats are so warm that I cannot wear them while shoveling snow because I get so warm that my glasses steam up and I can't see to shovel!
